Trustless digital inheritance

Your assets.
Your family's future.

What happens to your ETH if you stop checking in? DeadSwitch lets you define what happens to your digital inheritance through a smart contract on Ethereum. No company needs to hold your private keys or control your family's access to the funds.

Your wallet stays yours. The smart contract holds the funds according to its programmed rules. Never enter your seed phrase or private key into this website.

A Web2 company can never be trusted with this.

A custodial service would hold the keys, control the funds, and decide when to release them. DeadSwitch avoids that single point of trust.

A server holding everyone's inheritance money is a honeypot — it can run away, get hacked, get subpoenaed, or guess wrong about whether you're dead.

Replace trust in a company with verifiable rules.

You choose a beneficiary and a check-in interval. The contract holds the ETH and makes it claimable only when that interval has passed without a check-in.

Use your own wallet to sign transactions; never share a seed phrase or private key. A missed check-in is an inactivity signal, not legal proof of death.
